At Bigwig Health, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’ve received the wrong item or would like to return a product, please review the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

Items must be unopened and in resalable condition.
Products must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging, which should also be in good condition.
Return requests may be due to:
- Incorrect item shipped by us.
- Customer-requested exchange of a correctly shipped item.

Note:

Short-dated or discounted items (i.e., near expiry) are non-returnable.
Opened or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange:

Our team will guide you on where to drop off or ship the item.

If We Shipped the Wrong Product

If Bigwig Health sent the wrong product:

You are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
No restocking fee will be charged.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Bigwig Health.

If You Want to Exchange a Correctly Shipped Product

If the correct product was delivered but you would like to exchange it:

You are responsible for:
- Return shipping to our warehouse.
- A 5% restocking fee (based on the product price).

Return Requirements

To be accepted, returned items must:

Be in unopened condition.
Have original, undamaged packaging.
Be suitable for resale.

Items that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Proof of Purchase

We usually verify orders from our internal system. However, if needed:

You may be asked to provide your receipt or order confirmation email.

Final Notes

Please ensure proper packaging during return shipment to avoid damage.
